A Dinner of Decadence

Be prepared ti be WOWED by the very best ingredients as you will explore the absolute best cheeses and fruits. You will participate in a friendly competition with your fellow students. Chef Kent will teach you knife skills as well as recipes for you to share with your friends and loved ones. You will enjoy the very best Domestic and Japanese Wagyu, followed by a beautiful night of chocolates.

A reception will be held from 6:30PM till 7:00PM.

The cooking class with begin promptly at 7:00PM and will conclude at 9:30PM.
