Chef Kent Rathbun

Dallas hospitality consulting, catering and special events

My first restaurant job was at 14, at a Sambo's in Kansas City. At 17 I apprenticed at La Bonne Auberge. More than 50 years later, that passion has grown into a career built on culinary excellence, restaurant leadership, hospitality consulting, and award-winning dining concepts.
