You will also take in tastes and take notes as we interact on everything from cutting-board techniques, home-grown garden ingredients, innovative recipes and wine pairings.
MASTER CLASS – Take a step up as we drill down into the finer points of planning, preparing and presenting meals in these advanced, personalized, hands-on workshops. Upon your fifth class, you will receive an officially monogrammed chef’s jacket.

In addition to football on multiple big-screen TVs, we will provide hands-on expertise in preparing wild game, from rabbit to venison steaks and sausage.
