Rathbun’s Curbside BBQ almost never was. We were born out of a pandemic and have grown to become a staple of the Dallas BBQ scene. Chef Kent Rathbun has a passion and enthusiasm for BBQ that shows in the taste and smells that emanate from our smokers on a weekly basis.
