As a charter member of our private RTK group – we welcome referrals, but not the public-at-large – and as members, you’ll be treated to:
SAVORY STUDIO – Afforded notebooks, strategic views on big-screen TVs, branded aprons and a seat adjacent to me in the kitchen are just a sampling of what you will find. You will also take in tastes and take notes as we interact on everything from cutting-board techniques, home-grown garden ingredients, innovative recipes and wine pairings.
MASTER CLASS – Take a step up as we drill down into the finer points of planning, preparing and presenting meals in these advanced, personalized, hands-on workshops. Upon your fifth class, you will receive an officially monogrammed chef’s jacket.
CURATED CALENDAR – Receive first-alert notifications about our wine and whiskey tastings, culinary vacations, behind-the-scenes cooking video series, specials on our customized merchandise (knives, spices, honey, etc.) and our special events throughout the year.

Rathbun Test Kitchen is a private culinary group run by Kent and Tracy Rathbun in Dallas. Members get first access to hands-on classes, tastings and special events.
